Second,a well being work-place is essential to promote a psychological safe place towork, to develop a good job, to cop with a normal stress life and to be moreproductive and profitable at any organization because too much stress is themain cause of the most of illness that cause absenteeism.
Finally,absenteeism laboral because medical problems as minor illnesses, seriousillnesses and injuries can be developed most of the times for psychosocial andpsychological problems at the workplace.
