Architecture a subject. Having the desire to understand

Architecture captivates me both as an art and a subject. Having the desire to understand and explore how scientific technology can be utilized to enhance the performance of building structures in their social and environmental conditions, the field of architecture immensely brings out the divisions of my identity. This allows me to engage well creatively and scientifically with the use of artistic and practical dimensions of design.Through the reading of books, articles and blogs on architecture I have invoked my inner feeling on design and planning; I always marvel and wonder how architects meet planning demands of the ever-evolving planet. Activities on energy developments have revealed […]

I’m up bow tie. I sit back down

I’m sitting in the lobby of a small and very quaint – 19th century is my guess – hotel in London, with a cold glass of lemonade that a waitress has just made me. I’ve been told Denys Lasdun prefers to meet here, he doesn’t like large hotels with too many people as it makes him feel uneasy. As I’m waiting patiently on a well sat upon but attractive sofa, for Denys Lasdun to arrive. “Holy therefore silenced in 532 AD by Justinian.

“Holy Wisdom”- that is what the most splendid and famous Byzantine church ever built means from Greek. This monument has been used as a temple dedicated to each of the two most dominant religions, but in present day it is an art museum. The great church is built on thefoundations of previous churches from the Byzantine era, as well as a pagan temple. Hagia Sophia itself is quite intricate and grand in its appearance, but the most spectacular part of it is the dome, measured thirty two meters in diameter. Moreover, the enormous church is beautiful because of the materials that it is made up of- multicolored marble blocks and stones (white, pink, green, yellow), columns, and mosaics ( noble metals, glass, etc.). The museum is positioned where Constantinople previously stood- in Istanbul, the biggest and most populated city […]

Dynamics the Sun is ever-changing with time. This

Dynamics of Existence  According to the Vedic psyche Time is seen as cyclic. The belief  in reincarnation, the cycle of birth, death and rebirth, the unending chain of construction, destruction and reconstruction, all refute the theory of recurrence of time. Despite its cyclic nature, time is not static, the concept of change is inevitably tied in with the concept of time. The past and future are separate realms which are connected by the continuity of time. Moreover, in this continuity  of time change occurs in the form of of subsequent set of events. This frequency of time is the only […]
