ExecutiveSummary Social welfare is conceived with thewellbeing for the low level people. Social welfare is a simple way to help themby giving the happiness and welfare. Social welfare is very important toequalize or improve the living standards of all the people. Even in thissector, there are many barrios. Many sectors are profit seeker but the socialwelfare are nonprofit seeker.
The main purpose of this sector is to provide thebasic needs to the needy people. Government is also providing the facilities ofsocial welfare and is also providing the funds to feel this that how the needypeople are facing the problems in their life, I had an experience of it. Aftermy experience I have come to know that many people are not able to achieve thegoals of life. Simply it’s a way to understand the that many people sufferingthe lack of the luxuries of life. Just because they don’t have operate toproduce a profit doesn’t mean nonprofits don’t have competitors. Threat thatnonprofits typically encounter include very large nonprofits expanding intotheir base service areas and other nonprofits producing the same services.
Inaddition, foundations frequently cut back on funding or change their ownpriorities. Donors also experience “fatigue” and stop giving, or give a smalleramount. Government should raise the funds for this sectors not only governmentbut even a common man should take a part in this welfare. Opportunities can bedeveloped by doing a needs assessment of the community or population yournonprofit services. Even in a saturated nonprofit market, opportunity lies injoining forces. If you merge or form an alliance with like-mindedorganizations, the banded effort could reach more people and share the funding. 1. Introduction Social welfare isdone for the poor’s and needy people.
It is concerned with the welfare andwell-being for the poor people. Many people in this world are needy they cannotafford even a single meal in a day. Social welfare can have done by many waysand things. The only focus of the social welfare is to help for their reliefnot for any kind of money or profit. Many organizations are working for thewelfare like NGOS. The main purpose of the social welfare is to providehappiness by any pleasure way to the needy people. Social welfare is veryimportant to equalize or improve the living standards of all the people. Theconcept of social welfare is not new in the world.
Social welfare helps thefellow to do the goods things. The organization suffer from lack of communication.They are unable to give the knowledge about their organization due to impropercommunication skills by their workers. Purpose In the social welfare many nonprofit sectorsare working in it. The main focus of many social welfare is to provide thebasic things to the poor and less valued people in the society. Even governmentalso providing the facilities of social welfare to the needy society. Socialsector is facing many challenges like funding, proper guideline, low level ofsociety, scattered communities, insufficient information about the basicsociety.
Government also providing the facilities ofsocial welfare in many ways like schools, colleges, hospitals, police stations,courts, banks, roads, parks or many others. These sectors providing the free ofcost service to the others because many people are not able to afford theprivate sectors. Private sectors are profit seekers. They cannot provide thesetype of services free of cost to anyone. Other purpose is to providing happiness andfeel our self. That how they are living and way of living. Many people thinkthat they cannot live a happy life and are not afford any enjoy and theluxuries of life. Poverty is the main cause of to attempt the wrong ways toachieve the high luxuries of life.
Because they are always treated as a lowersociety and low level or low standard. They are alone in this world and on onehelp them. So the main focus is to provide the basic things to them for free ofcost just for their relief. ExperienceI have also my personal experience by thesocial welfare.
I have visited an orphan house in Bahawalpur. In that housealmost 100 to 200 children were present. When I saw them for a minute I wasjust shocked because how can a child remain away from his parents but it was. Itook many candies, cookies and biscuits and toys for them.
When I brought thesethings every child happy and I can see their level of happiness and wereshining. I was just thinking that how much difficulties they have to face inthis age. That day I also decided to help the poor. By this how much you canfeel relaxed.
2. Analysis Swot analysis Strength: Provide support to help andneedy person of the society. Social work promotes ethical prices. Socialwelfare generates funds for the welfare of the society. Social work preventsthe circumstances that can cause breakdown of a good relationship among familymembers. Social work helps the affected individuals to help themselves andimprove. In social work there arethe chances of deceit. Social workers have lack profession al spirit knowledgeand communication skills. Social workers not committed to social justice anddon’t have enough individual responsivity. Social workers and social instituteshave lack of finance. Most social workers are not highly educated.
Theorganization recognize that they have limited technical and organizationalcapacity. This effects in fundraising, government, technical areas ofdevelopment and management. The organization doesn’t have public safety.
Inorder to make their organization safe. They acquire more security. Opportunity: The strategic thinkers must doan environmental scan and begin looking outside for the factors that help andhurt its chances of successfully implementing its plan. Opportunities can bedeveloped by doing a needs assessment of the community or population your nonprofitservices. Are there emerging needs that no other many nonprofits arefulfilling? For example, many nonprofits found niches in assisting familieswith rising unemployment and foreclosures in the recent economic downturn.Likewise, others have filled the spaces left by nonprofits that also falteredin the economy. Even in a saturated nonprofit market, opportunity lies injoining forces. Business interest NGOS act as cleaning houses for trade information. Ideally itgives the benefits to both organization as well as buyer. Social work promotesethical prices. Social welfare generates funds for the welfare of the society. Threats: The social services organizationfaced lack of funds. They find it difficult to get sufficient and continuousfunding for their work.
The community socialservices organization have limited resources mobilization skills locally. Theyare unable to find some good or international donors for their work. It alsoaffects their work as the current donor may shift priorities and withdrawfunding. The main problem that social services organization is faced lack ofqualified workers for different positions. In organization people are leastinterested in working in different non-government organizations. Poornetworking was identifying a major challenge.
This is due to duplication ofefforts by people working in organization, conflicting strategies at communitylevel, or lack of learning from experience.Thesocial services organization faced political interference the organizationleader identifies the interference of politician as a major to their workissues like land disputes politician or local leader can threaten organizationwith de-registration 3. Conclusion& Recommendation Social welfare is one way tounderstand and feel the problems that the others have to face in their life andthey will also take a part in every part and in every field of life actively.
Social welfare helps the people to take and walk in every field of life withproudly it is encouraging the people when they get their basic needs andhappiness in their life. Government also play vital role in this sectors. Theyprovide funds.
By funds everybody is receiving their needs but in the moderneve it is very difficult to provide them all the facilities. But still it isvery good and ambitious way to help the others in different ways.Government should raise thefunds for this sectors not only government but even a common man should take apart in this welfare. 4.
