Information Deficiency Problems:
In every organization Information systems play an important role as it provides wide range of options from which decision makers are able to take their decisions correctly. In my view there are 3 major factors that plays crucial role in organizational problems, they are Humanistic, Organizational and lack of Financial support.
Human Factors: Human factors is mostly about lack of communication. Higher management do not know what exactly they need to do. Improper communication between managers and design team, programing team, software and information systems team, network teams etc. It could be anything if we do not have proper communication. Resisting for any new changes.
Organizational Factors: Organizational factors mainly about lack of proper conditions to work. It could be improper participation and collaboration of the managers, users and system directors. Under staffed, lack of resources. Origination with no proper documentations and improper education. Unsuitable work conditions.
Lack of Financial Support: Starting a business without enough money will eventually become a problem, especially when you have unexpected costs. Organizations need to save money wherever they can.
To conclude, Information Systems plays a crucial role of providing a wide range of options from which decision makers are able to make right decisions. Having efficient and skillful employees and creating suitable motivations for the stability of the existing employees are key to success. Proving a comprehensive plan for using Information Systems.
