It gives us all info , which is required to perform a big task , so weshould be well aware of its functionality, working , all sub tasks in that bigtask , which we want to do. So , in this way , in that task’s goal achieving ,project management plays an important role.PhasesIn a project there is precise beginning and end . these two factors, project is divided into four subproject tasks Initiation Planning Execution TerminationLet’s have a look at them.InitiationThe reason of this phase is to outline thestarting workout of the project.
The person has to go through all the informationgiven to him, in order to start theproject. And then he has to do documentation for start of project and itincludes all the decisions , and planning documents of that project. It generally includes information such as mission, objectives and success criteria. , requirements, and risks , costs etc likefactors.Main part of it is stakeholder deciding i-e understandingthat which human beings may be impacted through or can influence yourundertaking is important for its fulfillment.
And it is one of important partof this phase.PlanningThe purpose of this phase is to discuss anddecide the perfect path to reach our goal and in intermediate , its mostimportant as it is basic plan for reaching our goal.It has two parts Strategic techniques. Implementations.
During Strategical work we decidetechniques to be used for our goal achievement and then in Implementation wediscuss the workout plans by which we can achieve our goal.Let’s consider making a decision to drive. ifso, at some point of Implementation we will map out our path, discover which hotelswe may stay at alongside the way, decide how long every side of the ride willtake, and so on (all of the info).ExecutionThe cause of it is to perform all the workout wehave decided previously in project management sections.
That’s the stage where most of the time, money,and people are used to on a challenge. This is where the main work initializes.During this , we have to keep all the activities at our focus andmistake in only one can cause a big loss , so we have to be really consciousand careful at this stage. While the scenario changes , we have to focus mainlyon our development and gain in project. TerminationThe reason of this phase is to officially terminatethe project.These are main subtasks n this section “Verifythat the final criteria are met, create project closure records , collect projectartifacts , perform a project go through ” etc. Many project managers don’t go through thissection and don’t feel that it is important to be done .
While when they reacha stage in future of doing some changes in that project or using that project’swork in some other projects , the they realize how much important this sectionis.This section will advantage us. If in case weperformed all required tasks in this section, wou will set ourself up to guidehigh-visibility. So, in order to reach our goal , we have to giveimportance and do hard wark on each section of project life cycle. Only then ,we can achieve our goal.
