The culture of Aldi business is that they are a strong business  there company have a strong culture they tend to produce superior results as compared to those with weaker cultures. Because there culture is strong, it leads to them having  motivated employees and high performing managers. Over the past few decades, both academics and practitioners have spent time focusing on the issue of corporate culture and whether a company’s culture does in fact impact its overall performance and effectiveness.

They have  more than 30,000 employees in the UK and Ireland and plans to create another 35,000 more by 2020, it’s fair to say that people there  biggest and most brilliant asset. Which is why we work hard to create a friendly cooperative place to work where employees feel like they are part of one incredible team.As well as offering every employee the job security they need, we invest in a whole range of fantastic training courses year after year, making sure all our employees find the personal development they are looking for.Aldi is a Role company for them to be able to do something they have to go past the managers and supervisors for them to be able to do anything. The aspects of their business are affected by their culture because they have varying impacts on employee performance and motivation levels. Oftentimes, the employees work harder to achieve organizational goals if they consider themselves to be part of the corporate culture.

For example, if the Aldi maintains a reserved “talk when necessary” culture,there  employees may work accordingly; however, if Aldi allows one area, say the sales team, to be outspoken and socially active, Aldi  may experience rivalries among areas. Thus, allowing an area to set up their own culture can affect the performance of their employees deployed elsewhere in the company. Aldi business views on CSR is that they have a fair treatment at work and that they have opportunities for participation in decision making. Aldi  views on ethics is that public expect them to exhibit high level of ethical performance and social responsibility and encouraging business firms and their employees to behave ethically is to prevent harm to society. CSR and ethics are important to my business Ethics concern an individual’s moral judgements about right and wrong.

Decisions taken within an organisation may be made by individuals or groups, but whoever makes them will be influenced by the culture of the company. The decision to behave ethically is a moral one; employees must decide what they think is the right course of action. This may involve rejecting the route that would lead to the biggest short-term profit. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become one of the standard business practices of our time. For companies committed to CSR it means kudos and an enhanced overall reputation – a powerful statement of what they stand for in an often cynical business world.
